Time slots available after 5.30pm by appointment only on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Our gift certificates can be tailored to your individual requirements.
Our NEW Gift cards can be purchased from us & used in any participating Ella Bache salon in Australia
Cancellations
Any treatment you select has time & a therapist reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment, we kindly ask that if you must cancel or reschedule, you give us as much notice as you possibly can (min 24hrs for appointments less than 1hr duration) so that someone else may vist us. If less than 24hrs notice is given a 20% cancellation fee will apply to all appointments.
All treatments over 1 hour including packages & group bookings will require a 50% redeemable deposit to secure you booking.
We require 48hrs notice if treatment is to be rescheduled.
We require 48hrs notice if a treatment that is being paid for by gift voucher is to be cancelled or reschedule. Otherwise your Gift Voucher will be voided.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and will not be honoured if expired.
Payment Options
Cancellation Policy
A 20% deposit will be required when booking a package treatment, or if two people book together. This deposit is refundable if 2 working days notice of cancellation is given.
